FULL TIME RESIDENTIAL CARETAKER
Required from 1 September 2010
37 hours per week, 52 week contract
£13,874 - £15,444 per annum
We are looking for a practical and energetic person who would undertake caretaking and cleaning duties to replace our long serving caretaker who is retiring.
Duties include security, cleaning of designated areas, monitoring of cleaning staff and general maintenance to ensure the site and buildings are maintained to the present high standards. The Schools Swimming Pool Maintenance and Legionella Checks form part of this varied position.
Please note that unsocial hours will be necessary from time to time (which can be claimed for).
Previous experience is desirable, but not essential. We have a strong commitment to staff and full on site training and support will be given. Further training courses are available. The person appointed will join a team of support staff who take great pride in their work.
There is a three bedroom house available with the post. Monthly rent is £60.00. The occupier will be responsible for payment for services and local rates.
