KS1 & KS2 Literacy and Numeracy Tutors - Post Ref: ED049

Required from January 2012. We are looking to identify a number of experienced practitioners to deliver 1:1 and small group sessions in literacy and numeracy across KS1 and KS2.

These tutoring sessions will take place in the afternoons and after school with the possibility of some sessions being run in the school holidays. Hours are negotiable with individual tutors.

We are looking for individuals who are:
• excellent classroom practitioners with good experience of delivering both literacy and numeracy lessons
• committed to raising standards with high expectations of learning, teaching and behaviour
• able to deliver inspiring and purposeful learning experiences
• able to quickly establish good working relationships with staff, pupils and parents.
